MONTANA STATE NATIONAL GUARD ROSTER:  1940

There are seven files associated with the Montana National Guard of 1940.  These are: an introduction, the general order, the executive order, men listed in alphabetical categories A-E, F-L, M-R, and S-Z.  You will find in the surname listings the following information about each man:  last name, first name, hometown, and unit.

An unpublished history of the Medical Detachment, 163rd Infantry by Kenneth B. Schooley is in the process of being transcribed. Included among his papers are an induction roster, reports after actual battles, and other works. THANK YOU goes to his family for granting permission to place these unpublished works on-line.
